Enjoy one or more of a variety of hikes. Depending on the hike, you have the opportunity to see sights such as waterfalls, mountain lakes, grand vistas, braided rivers, or beaver dams. Depending on time of day, we may see a variety of wildlife as well.
Hikes come in a variety of difficulty levels, from mostly level trails to high-elevation treks ascending 1,700 vertical feet. Please be honest with your guide about fitness level of the group to ensure a successful hike.

- Wear wool socks and a good pair of comfortable shoes or boots.
- Layers!
- No matter what time of year you visit, layers of clothing you can add or remove are crucial. Even in the summer, mornings can be in the 40s or 50s (in degrees Fahrenheit), while afternoons can be in the 80s or 90s.
- Sun protection
- Long sleeves/pants, sunscreen, hat, etc. The sun is powerful out here!
- Rain gear
- Rain can spring up out of nowhere, so having a raincoat and rain pants available is important.
- A day pack, to carry water and anything else you need to bring
- For any children under 60 lbs, you will need to bring a car seat for the drive to get to the trailhead.
