- Tours Run Rain or Shine
- Regular guided tours will proceed in most weather conditions, including rain, snow, or wind. We encourage guests to dress appropriately for the elements. Tours may be modified for safety but will not be automatically canceled due to weather.
- Cancellations by the Customer
- If you cancel your tour more than 14 days in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled tour date, the deposit is non-refundable, as we may be unable to fill the reservation.
- Cancellations by the Company
- If we cancel your tour for any reason (including extreme weather, safety concerns, or guide availability), you will receive a full refund. We will also do our best to find you an alternative activity, either with our company or with a trusted partner, if you wish.
- Astrophotography Tours – Special Weather Consideration
- Clear skies are essential for stargazing and night photography. If weather conditions prevent adequate visibility of the night sky, you will have the option to:
